አለም አቀፍ የፋይናንስ ሪፖርት አዘገጃጀትና አቀራረብ ደረጃዎች(FRS/PSAS) በኢትዮጵያ ውስጥ ተፈጻሚ እንዲሆኑ በፋይናንስ ሪፖርት አዘገጃጀትና አቀራረብ አዋጅ ቁጥር 847/2006 አንቀጽ 5 እና አንቀጽ 54(1) በተደነገገው መሰረት የኢትዮጵያ የሂሳብ አያያዝና ኦዲት ቦርድ ባለ ሶስት ምእራፍ የትግበራ ፍኖተ ካርታ በማውጣቱ ሪፖርት አቅራቢ አካላት በተቀመጠላቸው የጊዜ ሰሌዳ መሰረት ቀደም ሲል ይከተሉት ከነበረው የሪፖርት አቀራረብ ስርዓት ወደ አለም አቀፍ ደረጃዎች ለመሽጋገር የሚያስችላቸውን እንቅስቃሴ ሲያደርጉ መቆየታቸው ይታወቃል።

በመሆኑም ቀደም ሲል የወጣው የጊዜ ሰሌዳ እንደተጠበቀ ሆኖ የሪፖርት አቅራቢ አካላት የሽግግር ሂደቱን በማጠናቀቅ ከ2010 እንዲሁም ከ2011 የሂሳብ ዓመት ጀምሮ አመታዊ የሂሳብ መግለጫቸውን አግባብነት ባለው አለም አቀፍ የሪፖርት አቀራረብ ደረጃዎች መሰረት ማቅረብ ይጠበቅባቸው የነበሩ ጀምሮ የፋይናንስ ሪፖርታችሁን አግባብነት ባለው ዓለም አቀፍ ደረጃዎች መሰረት አዘጋጅታችሁ ያላቀረባችሁ የሪፖርት አቅራቢ አካላት በሙሉ የሽግግር ሂደታችሁን እስከ ሰኔ 30 ቀን 2012 ዓ.ም በማጠናቀቅ በአለም አቀፍ ደረጃዎች መሰረት የተዘጋጀ የ2010 } 2011 አመታዊ የሂሳብ መግለጫችሁን ከጥቅምት 01 ቀን 2013 ዓ.ም በፊት እንዲሁም የ2012 ዓመታዊ የሂሳብ መግለጫችሁን የሂሳብ አመታችሁ በተጠናቀቀ በ4 ወር ጊዜ ውስጥ ለቦርዱ እንድታስገቡ በጥብቅ እናሳስባለን፡፡

በተጨማሪም በቦርዱ የሪፖርት አቅራቢ አካላት መለያ መስፈርት መሰረት አነስተኛ እና መካከለኛ የንግድ ድርጅቶች የሚለውን መስፈርት የምታሟሉ የሪፖርት አቅራቢ አካላት ቀደም ሲል በተቀመጠው የጊዜ ሰሌዳ መሰረት የ 2012 አመታዊ የሂሳብ መግለጫችሁ በ IFRS for SMEs መሰረት ተዘጋጅቶ መቅረብ ያለበት መሆኑን ተገንዝባችሁ ለሌሎች መንግስታዊ ተቋማት ሪፖርት የማቅረብ ግዴታና የማቅረቢያ ጊዜ ገደብ እንደተጠበቀ ሆኖ የሽግግር ሂደታችሁን ከወዲሁ በማጠናቀቅ የ2012 አመታዊ የሂሳብ መግለጫችሁን የሂሳብ አመታችሁ በተጠናቀቀ በ4 ወር ጊዜ ውስጥ ለቦርዱ ማቅረብ ያለባችሁ መሆኑን በጥብቅ እናሳስባለን፡፡
